There's an element of uncertainty as we enter the year 2021's summer. This includes the way in which our service to our society can incorporate the highly-valued human connection as Rotary participants had in previous time. Though the mantra of hands face space' is sure to continue to be a component of our program, it's clear that confidence is building and connections between face-to-face occur. Rotary, however, has evolved. While we are moving through this summer, the level of uncertainty about whether Rotary will give the same kind of connection which Rotary members experienced in the before continues. While the motto of "hands-in-space" will always be a part of our routines It is clear that trust is rising as are the more direct relationships. But Rotary is changing. The Rotary network helps build bonds lasting. The pandemic served as our catalyst to embrace the latest technology. Our methods have been refined to keep online meetings at the forefront of our businesses, while reintroducing events for service and social in an in-person format. In order to create a new exciting future, we've taken the new possibilities and merged these with our most successful pre-pandemic behaviors. The Rotary Support Center is also pleased to offer valuable resources for the promotion of these initiatives, as well as maintaining the infrastructure which keeps everyone in the community protected. The compliance and insurance aspect plays a vital role. It is our belief that Rotary volunteers form lasting relationships based on their shared commitment of volunteering time.
